ARTICLE 8 – Deliveries (of the T&Cs)

The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in mainland France within the shipping time indicated on the order summary before validation of said order by the Customer, to which is added the processing and delivery time.

Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering on the Site. The Seller cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure caused by the provision of an inaccurate or incomplete address. Any order returned to the Seller due to an incorrect or incomplete address will, provided that the latter has corrected its address, be reshipped at the Customer's expense.

Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.

Except in special cases or in the event of unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered in one go.

The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the timeframes specified above. However, these timeframes are provided for information purposes only. If the ordered Products have not been delivered within 30 days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's actions, the sale may be terminated at the Customer's written request under the conditions set out in Articles L 216-2 L 216-3 L241-4 of the Consumer Code.

The sums paid by the Client will then be returned to him no later than fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.

In the event of non-conformity of the Product delivered, the Seller undertakes to remedy this or reimburse the Customer, as indicated in the article - “Seller's Liability - Guarantee”.

The Seller bears the risks of transport and is required to reimburse the Customer in the event of damage caused during transport.

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address provided by the Customer when ordering and which the carrier can easily access.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of 96 hours from delivery to formulate by email: bonjour@gsil.fr any reservations or complaints for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered Products (for example damaged package already opened ...), with all the relevant supporting documents (photos in particular). After this period and if these formalities have not been complied with, the Products will be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by the Seller.

The Seller will refund or replace as soon as possible and at its own expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and those provided for in these General Conditions of Sale (see guarantees, in particular).


ARTICLE 10 - Right of withdrawal (of the T&Cs)

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, for the purpose of exchange or reimbursement, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days following notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

Beyond this period, the sale will be firm and final.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be put back on the market in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available at the bottom of these General Terms and Conditions Appendix 2 and via the email address bonjour@gsil.fr . An acknowledgment of receipt will be communicated to the Customer by the Seller.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be refunded; the return costs will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from notification to the Seller of the decision to withdraw, provided that the Customer has returned the Products to the Seller within the same time frame.

Deliveries

We deliver exclusively within mainland France . We do not deliver to Corsica or the French overseas departments and territories.

From the moment the package is picked up, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days via Colissimo Home, Relay Point or Pickup.

We prepare your packages Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Orders are processed twice a day by our logistics team: at 8:30 am and 1 pm. If you place your order on Friday after 1 pm, it will not be shipped until the following Monday.

📦 Delivery to a collection point or post office

Delivery time: 48 to 72 business hours • €3.90 – Free on orders over €39

Your order will be delivered to the post office or collection point of your choice, without home delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

To collect your parcel: present an identity document and the collection slip received by email or SMS .

Availability times:

  • At a collection point : 14 calendar days
  • In Pick Up Station storage : 5 calendar days

After this period, the package is automatically returned to our premises.

🚚 Home delivery without signature (Colissimo)

Delivery time: 48 to 72 business hours • €5.90 – Free on orders over €59

Delivery to the address of your choice in mainland France, from Monday to Saturday, for any order placed on weekdays before 2pm.

Your order is delivered in person, placed in your mailbox or entrusted to a trusted person (neighbor, caretaker…).

If no one is home, a delivery notice may be left:

  • A new delivery can be scheduled.
  • Or the package will be made available at the Post Office.

Collection period after delivery notice:

  • Post Office : 15 calendar days
  • Retailer relay: 14 calendar days
  • Pick Up Station storage : 5 calendar days

*calendar days from the day after the day the delivery notice was left.

After this period, your package will be returned to our warehouses.

If you have just placed an order and notice an error in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or at bonjour@gsil.fr

If the order has not yet been prepared, we can correct the address.

However, if the order has already been prepared by our logistics department, we will have to wait for its return to offer you a new shipment or a refund.

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

You can also track the delivery of your parcel from your customer area .

Complaints

Home delivery - Colissimo: First, check with your neighbors to make sure it hasn't been delivered while you were out. If, after checking, it's still not there, contact us using our contact form so we can find a solution together.

For all other delivery methods : please contact us via our contact form so we can find a solution together.

We take great care to pack our products to prevent them from breaking, but sometimes packages are mishandled by carriers.

If you find that a product is broken, please send us a photo of it, as well as a photo of the outside of the box, via our contact form or to bonjour@gsil.fr

If the box is damaged, it is imperative to make a "reservation" note to the postman upon receipt.

Returns

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging.

Contact our customer service at bonjour@gsil.fr or via our contact form to report your return request. We will send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or a preparation error is found.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 working days, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges are not currently offered. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
