The products
Contraindications are specific to each product. They are indicated directly on the packaging or containers, as well as in the "Precautions for use" section of our product information sheets.

Hot effect
My order
We accept credit card payments for all our brands, provided the card is issued in France. The following cards are accepted:
- CB
- Visa
- Maestro
- MasterCard
- Visa Electron
- Dinners
- E-blue card
Please note that prepaid cards and American Express cards are not accepted.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or at bonjour@gsil.fr, so that we can intervene before it is processed.
Once the order has been prepared or shipped, no changes can be made.
Regarding cancellations, it is also essential to contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
At each stage of processing your order, you will receive an email: from the validation of your order, its shipment by us and its delivery by our carrier.

The delivery
From the moment the package is picked up, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days via Colissimo Home, Relay Point or Pickup.
We prepare your packages Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Orders are processed twice a day by our logistics team: at 8:30 am and 1 pm. If you place your order on Friday after 1 pm, it will not be shipped until the following Monday.
📦 Delivery to a collection point or post office
Delivery time: 48 to 72 business hours • €3.90 – Free on orders over €39
Your order will be delivered to the post office or collection point of your choice, without home delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
To collect your parcel: present an identity document and the collection slip received by email or SMS .
Availability times:
- At a collection point : 14 calendar days
- In Pick Up Station storage : 5 calendar days
After this period, the package is automatically returned to our premises.
🚚 Home delivery without signature (Colissimo)
Delivery time: 48 to 72 business hours • €5.90 – Free on orders over €59
Delivery to the address of your choice in mainland France, from Monday to Saturday, for any order placed on weekdays before 2pm.
Your order is delivered in person, placed in your mailbox or entrusted to a trusted person (neighbor, caretaker…).
If no one is home, a delivery notice may be left:
- A new delivery can be scheduled.
- Or the package will be made available at the Post Office.
Collection period after delivery notice:
- Post Office : 15 calendar days
- Retailer relay: 14 calendar days
- Pick Up Station storage : 5 calendar days
*calendar days from the day after the day the delivery notice was left.
After this period, your package will be returned to our warehouses.
We currently only deliver to mainland France.
Home delivery - Colissimo: First, check with your neighbors to make sure it hasn't been delivered while you were out. If, after checking, it's still not there, contact us using our contact form so we can find a solution together.
For all other delivery methods : please contact us via our contact form so we can find a solution together.
We take great care to pack our products to prevent them from breaking, but sometimes packages are mishandled by carriers.
If you find that a product is broken, please send us a photo of it, as well as a photo of the outside of the box, via our contact form or to bonjour@gsil.fr
If the box is damaged, it is imperative to make a "reservation" note to the postman upon receipt.
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product in perfect condition.

My customer account
To create your account, go to the "Login" tab on the homepage, then select "Create an account".
Enter your email address: a login code will then be sent to that same address.
Make sure you use the same email address you will use to place your order.
To modify your personal information, log in to your account via the " My Account " section.
Next, click on your initials in the top right corner of the screen to access your profile.
From this space, you can update:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your postal address
If you wish to delete your Nutrivie account, please contact us directly via the contact form or at the email address bonjour@gsil.fr
Please note that deleting your account will prevent you from accessing your order history. However, you can create a new account using the same email address.
Product quality
Naturalness is at the heart of our formulation approach.
On average, our products have a naturalness rate of 95% to 98%.

Whenever possible, we prioritize ingredients from organic farming.
We carefully select committed suppliers, focused on natural, organic and, as much as possible, French origin.

GSIL products are entirely developed in-house. Our marketing team works closely with the Quality department to design and develop products that meet your needs and expectations.
The majority of the selected plants have a high concentration of standardized active ingredients, thus guaranteeing their dosage and effectiveness. They meet the regulatory requirements necessary for the use of nutritional health claims.

The DLUO (Date Limite d'Utilisation Optimale) indicates the date until which the product retains all its properties (taste, texture, effectiveness).
It should not be confused with an expiry date, which concerns perishable products such as medicines or fresh food.
GSIL's commitments?
The manufacture of our products is entrusted to our French suppliers in order to favour local jobs and thus contribute to local and/or national economic development, and to limit our carbon footprint by favouring short supply chains.
The majority of our packaging is recyclable, and we are making every effort to offer increasingly environmentally friendly packaging.
Whenever possible, we prioritize recycled and recyclable materials, in order to minimize our impact.
